WorkSmartOFS.com Return Authorization Policy:
All products must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, must be in like new condition and in fully re-sellable condition. The purchaser will be charged return freight, and the manufacturers restocking fee. Some items cannot be returned- See below. Ready to assemble products cannot be returned once they have been assembled.
Purchaser must contact WorkSmartOFS.com customer service, 773-332-0980/e-mail info@worksmartofs.com , to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning product. Purchaser is responsible for arranging shipment of item back to manufacturer. WorkSmartOFS.com will send purchaser all information necessary to process the return. Once WorkSmartOFS.com receives confirmation from the manufacturer that the return merchandise has been received, WorkSmartOFS.com will issue a refund in the same method payment was made. No returns will be authorized after 30 days of receipt.
Items that are custom built or custom upholstered per order cannot be returned. Assembled case goods – standard desks, bookshelves, credenzas, LTL shipments- cannot be returned.
Refund for Cancellation By Customer:
If an order is cancelled by the customer prior to order being produced and shipped, a refund will be issued by WorkSamrtOFS.com in the same method payment was made less any manufacturer cancellation fees and original credit card processing fees incurred by WorkSmartOFS.com.
Damaged Items:
Please contact WorkSmartOFS.com immediately if any product is damaged.
WorkSmartOFS.com reserves the right to send replacement parts to make the item complete.
Close-out and Specials:
All merchandise purchased through the WorkSmartOFS.com Close-out or Specials Store are final and cannot be returned.
